Founder note
I built the first version for my own 2024 Alpharetta home.
Six months after closing, I couldn’t find the paint codes. Or the HVAC model. Or half the subcontractors who’d touched the house. My builder couldn’t either — the people who knew my home had moved on to the next job.
A $50 coffee maker came with more documentation than the largest purchase of my life. So I built AsBuilt: a record of the home captured during construction, handed to the buyer at closing, and theirs forever.
